Service Agreement: Collection & Delivery
To provide a seamless experience, the following terms apply to our door-to-door service:
Insurance & Liability: Autotech is fully insured to drive your vehicle from the point of collection to our facility and back to your delivery location.
Master Technician Handling: Your vehicle will only be operated by an ATA Registered Master Technician with over 35 years of experience.
Collection Requirements: Customers must provide a valid collection address within our covered service areas, including Worcester, Droitwich, Malvern, and surrounding regions.
Fuel & Access: Please ensure the vehicle has sufficient fuel for transit and is parked in a location that allows for safe access and removal.
Authorized Repairs: No additional repair work will be carried out without prior customer approval; we only fit parts that your vehicle actually needs.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon the safe delivery of your vehicle. We accept all major cards, G Pay, Apple Pay, cash and bank transfers.
Work Guarantee: All mechanical work and parts fitted are fully guaranteed for your peace of mind.
