Q: Where do you offer MOT collection and delivery? A: We primarily cover Worcester and the immediate surrounding areas. If you are unsure if you fall within our collection zone, just give us a call or text 07716 197863 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q: Can you collect my car from my workplace? A: Yes! As long as we have access to the keys and the vehicle is parked in an accessible location, we can collect from your office or place of work in Worcester and return it before you head home.
Q: Is my car insured while you are driving it? A: Absolutely. As an ATA Master Technician-led business, we have full motor trade insurance that covers your vehicle from the moment we pick up the keys until the moment we return them to you.
Q: What happens if my car fails its MOT? A: If your vehicle requires repairs to pass, we will call you immediately with a clear explanation and a transparent quote. We won't carry out any extra work without your explicit "green light." We can often fix the issues and arrange the re-test on the same day.
Q: Do I need to be present for the collection? A: Not necessarily. As long as the keys are left in a secure, pre-agreed location or with a neighbor/colleague, we can handle the rest. We’ll keep you updated via text or phone throughout the process
